 Quick renovations that count!

Cates Drive house was on the market for several months, it looked ok, needed some tlc hear and there.  It was getting a fair amount of interest, but nobody was making an offer.  So instead of dropping the price we decided to do a couple updates.

For an investment of around 15k we did all the following and had a contract on the house before the paint was dry!

• New Paint Job all interior rooms with cozy warm colors not white or tan.
• New hard wood floors in living, kitchen, and dining room
• New carpet in bedrooms
• New slate floor in sun room
• New light switches and outlets
• New door hardware everywhere
• New lighting
